How to renew pass for maid
1. Go to Fomema, fill in the form (get it here http://www.fomema.com.my/download/RegistrationForm.pdf). Select one clinic name from Fomema list, submit to Kaunter, and they will print out the form, bring it to Clinic you registered. And pay RM190
2. At clinic, just do checkup there, no payment. Make sure maid is not period.
3. After 4 working days, check the result online at Fomema website http://www.fomema.com.my/result.php
4. If no problem with Fomema, can go straight to Imigresen, pay RM445, can get renewal. Very fast one.. especially if go there after 4PM..
So total amount to paid
445 + 190 = RM635
Insurance, if want to take, will be another RM100.. still cheap to do sendiri..
